Will brass jewelry turn my wrist green?

Not while the plating is intact. Green marks come from bare brass reacting with moisture and the acidity of your skin, and this bracelet has a layer of 18K gold or rhodium sitting between the brass and you. Keep it dry and it stays put: take it off before you shower, swim, or work out, and store it somewhere that is not a humid bathroom. If the plating eventually wears through at a high friction spot, that spot can react, which is true of every plated brass piece at any price. It is also nickel free, so it will not set off a nickel allergy, the most common metal sensitivity there is.
