Orders can be picked up within 48 hours from the time you place your order. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup!

REFUND & RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy for online and 7-day in-store purchases

For online orders, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for in-store purchases.

Refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Desert Sol will not refund the shipping charges made on the original purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll reach out to let you know once your refund has been issued. Please note that Desert Sol cannot accept returns sent without a prior return request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In-store & Online Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Online Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by following the return instructions. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
