Shipping
How long does it take to ship my order?
We pack every order by hand in our Moab shop. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing. You'll get an email with tracking the moment it's on its way.
How much is shipping?
US orders over $50 ship free. Under $50, shipping starts at $5 and is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, Japan, and many more countries. International rates are calculated at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
Absolutely. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we'll have it ready within 48 hours. You'll get an email when it's waiting for you at 50 N Main Street, Moab.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Online orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and in-store purchases within 7 days. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Sale items, personalized or custom items, food, plants, and personal care products are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@desertsol.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Returns ship back to Desert Sol, 50 N Main Street, Moab, UT 84532. Return shipping is at your cost, and we can't accept returns sent without contacting us first.
Will I get a full refund?
We refund the price of the item to your original form of payment. Shipping charges from the original order are not refunded.
Can I exchange something?
The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for what you'd like. That way it's on its way to you sooner.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Oh no! Email info@desertsol.com right away with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Gifting & Services
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, in store and online, for just $5. Add it at checkout and leave a note for the recipient. We'll wrap it beautifully with your message on the tag.
Do you do custom or corporate gifts?
We love this. Client thank yous, real estate closing gifts, bridal parties, employee appreciation. Tell us the occasion, budget, headcount, and date at info@desertsol.com and our gifting team will take it from there. Learn more
What is permanent jewelry?
A custom fit sterling silver or gold filled chain welded closed on your wrist, ankle, or neck. No clasp, no fuss. It takes minutes, doesn't hurt, and walk-ins are welcome in the shop. We also host private permanent jewelry parties. Learn more
