A row of marquise cut cubic zirconia set across a slim band, each stone pointed at both ends like a petal. The cut is the reason it catches light from every angle, and why a row of them reads as one continuous line of sparkle rather than separate stones.
Built on a 925 sterling silver base and plated in 18K gold at half a micron, which is ten times the thickness of standard fashion jewelry plating. Also available with a rhodium finish if you wear silver. Sizes 5 through 8.
Wears well alone and stacks well with everything else.

What is a marquise cut?
A marquise is an elongated oval with a point at each end. The shape carries light along its length, so a row of them set side by side reads as one continuous sparkle instead of a line of separate stones, and the points give the band a petal or leaf effect. It is why a marquise band looks like more ring than it is.
What is 5A cubic zirconia?
Cubic zirconia is a lab created stone, graded from A up to 5A, which is also written AAAAA. 5A sits at the top of that scale. It means the stones are clear rather than cloudy, cut precisely, and bright in the way they handle light. Lower grades look grey next to it and go dull faster. It is not a diamond and we would not tell you it was. It is the best version of what it actually is, which is what you want on a ring you wear every day.
How long will the gold plating last?
Longer than most, because ours is thicker. Plating is measured in microns, and standard fashion jewelry is plated at around 0.05 microns. This ring is plated at 0.5, ten times that. Thicker plating means the color holds up to daily wear far longer. It is still plating rather than solid gold, so it will eventually show wear on a ring, which takes more abuse than any other piece of jewelry. Take it off before swimming, cleaning, or applying lotion and it will stay looking new for years rather than months.
