- Description
A rust red toadstool pillow with cream spots, hand sewn from canvas. Imani Collective makes these in Kenya at a fair wage. Small enough for a crib corner, cute enough for a couch.
The toadstool is a rust red cap with cream spots on a cream stem, about 12 inches tall, hand sewn from natural canvas with a soft fill. It fits in a crib corner, on a reading chair, or on a couch with the grown up pillows. Spot clean with a damp cloth.
- Natural canvas with polyfill
- About 12 inches tall
- Handmade in Kenya by Imani Collective, fair trade
- Spot clean
Why we carry it: Imani Collective is a fair trade workshop in Kenya where a team of women sew every piece by hand and are paid a living wage. The canvas is natural, the fill is soft, and the shapes have a hand drawn charm you do not get from a factory. A gift that does some good on the way.
