A gold filled chain welded closed on your wrist. No clasp, nothing to fasten, nothing to lose at the bottom of a bag. We size it to you in the shop and the whole thing takes a few minutes.
This is an in store service at Desert Sol in downtown Moab. Walk ins are welcome, and we cannot ship it, because the point is that it is fitted and closed on you.

What is gold filled, and is it better than plated?
Considerably better. Gold plating is a microscopically thin layer of gold on top of another metal, measured in fractions of a micron, and it wears through. Gold filled is a solid layer of gold bonded to a base metal under heat and pressure, and by law it has to be at least 5 percent gold by weight, which is hundreds of times more gold than plating. It does not flake, and it holds its color through years of daily wear. On a bracelet you never take off, that difference is the whole ball game.
