The cover is our own desert floral, cactus, yucca, and desert blooms in tan and warm brown, finished with a blush ribbon marker. Two hundred lined pages inside, sewn so the book opens flat and stays open.

It looks like the country it was drawn in.

What is the difference between a journal and a notebook?

Practically speaking, nothing. It is the same object used differently. A notebook tends to hold lists and information you will need again, a journal tends to hold thinking you are doing for its own sake. All of ours are two hundred lined pages with the same lay flat sewn binding, so pick by cover and by what you plan to put in it.

Which Desert Sol notebook should I choose?

All six are two hundred lined pages with the same lay flat sewn binding, a ribbon marker, and a quote on the inside cover. What changes is the cover. The Desert Floral Hardcover Journal, this one, is cactus and yucca in tan and brown, for writing at length. The Floral Gesture Hardcover Notebook comes in five floral covers if you want a choice. The Canyon Rose Hardcover Notebook is a warm clay rose with a grain texture and the easiest one to give as a gift. Three carry the same prickly pear in different treatments: the Desert Intentions To Do Notebook has it in cream on soft sage with TO DO on the front, the Wild Bloom Leather Journal has it in fine white line work on dusty rose, and the Desert Plum Leather Journal has it embossed into deep plum with no printed color at all. Wild Bloom and Desert Plum have soft flexible vegan leather covers rather than hardcovers.

Are the prints original to Desert Sol?

Yes. The desert floral was drawn in house for Desert Sol. The same print runs across the collection as the Desert Floral colorway on the Utility Tote, the Carryall Tote, and the Packable Pouch.
