What should I write in a journal?

Whatever you would say out loud if someone asked how you were and actually waited for the answer. Three lines about the day is enough. What you noticed, what you are turning over, what you are grateful for, what you are deciding. There is no correct way to do it and no minimum. The pages here are lined rather than dated or prompted, so nothing goes stale if you skip a week and no page is wasted if you only write two sentences. Most people who keep a journal for years started by keeping a bad one for a month.

Which Desert Sol notebook should I choose?

All six are two hundred lined pages with the same lay flat sewn binding, a ribbon marker, and a quote on the inside cover. What changes is the cover. The Wild Bloom Leather Journal, this one, has a soft flexible vegan leather cover in dusty rose with the prickly pear in fine white line work.
