Named for the shape. The Petal Claw Clip has a soft scalloped edge that curves like petals, with the desert sol script embossed on the surface. It is the prettiest of the group, and it still holds.
Thirteen colorways, five of them florals designed in house. Ember, Brushed Sand, Mulberry, Apricot, and Canyon Rose, which is white roses and daisies on a warm clay rose ground. Then Moonstone, Pearl, Storm Blue, Garnet, Rose Dust, Roman Clay, Soft Sage, and Muted Moss in solid.

What makes the Petal different from a plain claw clip?
The scalloped edge. Most claw clips are a straight or gently curved bar, so they disappear into your hair. The Petal has a rounded, petal shaped top edge that shows, which makes it the one to wear when the clip is part of the outfit rather than just holding your hair out of your face. It holds the same as any everyday claw clip, it just looks like something.
